COMPOSITION
Each tablet contains:
Hydrolyzed yeast 200 mg containing 9 mg of free nucleotides, cellular wall from strains of S. cerviceae 85 g containing 25 mg of B glucans, Vitamin E 10 g and VitaminC 10 g.
PROPERTIES
IMMU NORM has stimulant properties on the immune system.
Nucleotides are structural components of DNA and RNA. Cells with high replication level, such as the immune system cells, have high nucleotides requirements to meet the need of the genetic material duplication.
These nucleotides may be synthetized ¨de novo¨ from amino acids and carbohydrates with a high metabolic cost or re-used from the catabolic path of nucleic acids or feed.
The content on natural antioxidants as vitamin E and Vitamin C, act synergistically with a well-known effect on immunity.
The purpose of IMMUNORM is to supply an easy assimilable source of nucleotides on periods where they are in high demand such weaning, pre- vaccination program or any condition when there is need to increase defenses (diseases, convalescence, old age, immune-deficiency). It is an effective and efficient way to increase defenses without an extra metabolic cost for the animal. Also in some conditions such as weaning, the ¨de novo´ synthesis capacity of nucleotides is limited in immature animals.
INDICATIONS AND TARGET SPECIES
Dogs: IMMU NORM is indicated:
- During weaning and the growing phase.
- Pre- vacination.
- To increase defensas (diseases, convalescence, old age, immune-deficiency).
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE
Administer directly to the animal or crumble and mix with the food for easier administration. It is recommended to use for a period of 6-8 weeks.
Dogs :
Puppies and small breed dogs (10 Kg. b.w.): 1 tablets/day.
Medium breed dogs (15 - 30 Kg. b.w.): 2 tablets/day.
Large breed dogs (+ 30 Kg. b.w.): 2-3 tablets/day.
Cats: ½ tablet/animal/day.
